Three Programmes. One Clear Purpose.

Each Budi Finance programme addresses a specific area of financial life for Malaysians 40 and above — structured around what people at this stage most need to understand and act on.

How We Design and Deliver Every Programme

Before exploring each programme, it helps to understand the approach that underlies all three.

Teach First

We explain concepts fully before expecting any decisions. No assumptions about prior financial knowledge.

Anchor to Malaysia

Every example, regulation, and institution referenced reflects the Malaysian context specifically.

Practical Outputs

Each programme produces a tangible tool or document participants can use after sessions end.

Live Facilitation

All sessions are led by a qualified facilitator present throughout, not pre-recorded or automated.

Wills and Wasiyyah
Awareness Session

RM 680 — 2 Sessions

A two-session educational engagement covering the essentials of will-writing and Wasiyyah preparation in Malaysia. Topics include the difference between conventional wills and Islamic estate distribution, choosing an executor, asset listing procedures, and how to work with professional will-writing services. Suitable for individuals of all backgrounds who have not yet documented their wishes.

What This Programme Covers

  • Differences between a conventional will and a Wasiyyah under Syariah law
  • How Faraid (Islamic inheritance distribution) is calculated and applied
  • Selecting and appointing an executor — what that role involves
  • How to inventory assets, including EPF nominations and Takaful policies
  • Working with licensed will-writing professionals in Malaysia
  • Pre-drafting checklist included — to use with your own solicitor

Who This Suits

Individuals of any background who have not yet written a will, those who completed one many years ago and want to review it, and anyone unsure how Malaysian law handles their estate if they pass without documentation.

Amanah Saham Navigator
Course

RM 1,280 — 3 Sessions

A three-session course explaining the full range of Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB) products available to Malaysian citizens. Covers fund characteristics, historical return patterns, contribution strategies, and how ASNB fits within a diversified savings approach. Designed for those who have heard of ASB or ASN but want a deeper understanding before committing larger amounts.

What This Programme Covers

  • Full overview of ASB, ASN, and the broader ASNB product range
  • Understanding fixed-price vs variable-price unit trust funds
  • Historical distribution patterns and how to read them realistically
  • Strategies for contribution — lump sum vs regular vs top-up
  • How ASNB products fit alongside EPF, Takaful, and property
  • ASNB allocation planning worksheet — included with the course

Who This Suits

Malaysians who hold an ASB or ASN account but have never explored the full product range, those approaching retirement who want to understand how ASNB fits their broader picture, and anyone who wants to make considered decisions rather than follow general advice.

Professional Standards Across All Programmes

Privacy and Discretion

All participant information, session content, and personal financial details are handled with strict confidentiality. Nothing shared in a session is discussed outside it.

Educational Boundaries

Budi Finance delivers education, not financial advice. We help participants understand their options clearly — decisions rest with them, as they should.

Annual Content Review

Programme content is reviewed every year to reflect changes in Malaysian legislation, ASNB product updates, and EPF policy revisions.

Small Cohort Sizes

Sessions are capped to ensure every participant can engage meaningfully. We do not optimise for volume at the expense of quality.

Qualified Facilitators

Our facilitators hold professional qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Financial Planning Council and have practical experience in Malaysian estate and savings law.

No Conflicts of Interest

We have no commercial relationships with fund houses, insurance providers, or will-writing agencies. Our educational content reflects what serves participants, not what generates referral income.

Programme Fees — No Hidden Tiers

Each fee is all-inclusive. The materials, worksheets, facilitator time, and follow-up consultations (where applicable) are all within the stated price.
